Alana made the task very easy for me. Since it was a short sale, the negotiations were different from a regular sale (homeowner selling to an individual). Alana knew exactly what to do which helped a lot. She also recommended an attorney in the area to do the closing. I think it was a learning experience for both of us. She has a wonderful personality and we keep in touch five years later.
